Shipbuilders start work on 4 tugs

The Ha Long Shipbuilding Co Ltd, a member of the Viet Nam Shipbuilding Industry Group (Vinashin), started work on Wednesday on the construction of four tugs for Damen Shipyards Group of Holland.
